With over 30 vacation homes on San Juan Island and Lopez Island our site still allows for easy navigation and searching but now includes a 24/7 online booking capability with real time calendars, the addition of an owner login area to monitor calendar and bookings, a new map search option, and expanded marketing channels through Global Network Exchange (GRX).
In addition to our move to online reservation management we are now offering guests the ability to purchase travel insurance and accidental damage insurance through a new partnership with Travel Guard. We feel this will help provide peace-of-mind and protect the financial investments of both owners and guests.

as Office Manager
Jacoba Porter has joined San Juan Property Management (SJPM) as the newest member of this dynamic vacation rental team.
Jacoba, who has lived on San Juan Island for 16 years, joins us from Island Group Sotheby's International Realty. She brings a strong, proven background in customer service, office administration, and marketing implementation.
"With Jacoba's support, we are positioning ourselves to increase our vacation rental business while maintaining our personal, hands on approach with the properties we manage," said Travis Mager, SJPM founder. "We have continued to see steady growth since our inception in 2004 and despite the economic conditions we are expecting this growth to continue. Families are vacationing closer to home and the islands are appealing especially to those in the Seattle Metro areas. The 2010 Winter Olympics are fast approaching and we are gearing up to take advantage of touring spectators as well. Jacoba's knowledge, skills, and work ethic are just what we were looking for to help take us to the next level while maintaining our values."
