The owners, Travis and Sybil Mager, know what it takes to make sure guests have an enjoyable stay. Travis is an 18-year San Juan Island resident growing up and graduating from Friday Harbor High School. Sybil is a Pacific Northwest native and currently also a real estate agent with Island Group Sotheby's International Realty.
Sybil and Travis also own personal vacation rentals in Orondo, Washington and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico enabling them to experience first-hand vacation property management operations. They have a strong understanding of business systems that work well, and those that do not. As both a property owner and a renter of a vacation home on San Juan Island, they are familiar with the level of service expected from a property manager and the little things that are often overlooked that make a huge impact on the experience.
