Professional Photography

We hire an island based professional photographer to help bring out the best in your vacation rental. Prospective guests expect and appreciate nice photos that accurately convey the property experience. The photographer is dispatched back to the property for updated shots when improvements or changes are made upon request.

Distributing your property to as wide an audience as possible is key to our high occupancy rates. So making sure your property is listed on other industry-leading third-party websites such as VRBO, FlipKey, and HomeAway is a must.

We’ve used San Juan Property Management for 2 years. We were so pleased with the income and service we received from them 4 months into last year that we decided to rent our house all 12 months this year. It’s been an incredible adventure!

The owners of SJPM are bright, savvy, young folks that make this business incredibly successful. They’re bright enough to hire only the best hardworking, responsible employees that know the importance of customer service. One of the owners, Mr Krieger, definitely has his finger on the pulse of the vacation rental market. Everyone wants top dollar for their vacation house, and we were no exception. At first, we discussed charging a higher rate than Johannes suggested. He explained that if we kept our nightly rates reasonable, we would have more bookings, and establish a base clientele. We reluctantly agreed. I can’t tell you how happy we are that we did; he was right on the money. We have so many bookings that we have to block dates at our own house in order to use it ourselves! There were 5 days available in April and we decided to have 4 yards of topsoil dumped in the center of the yard. We thought we’d have several days to cover the newly spread grass seed. The day the soil was delivered, we received a last minute booking over the 4 days we were sure we’d have to prepare. Needless to say, we were busy that afternoon, and learned a valuable lesson – When you hire SJPM, prepare to be booked full time!

The team at SJPM is like an extended family. They understand that we take pride in our house and want our guests to have the best quality vacation possible. Chris Grifo, the Property Manager, is always available to guests (and owners) should there be any questions or problems. No question goes unanswered. He pays close attention to detail and takes pride in everything he does. Our guests rave about how wonderful he is, which in turn makes us happy as owners. Chris always goes above and beyond.

Audrey, the Reservation Specialist, answers phones and is always available to provide any information you could possibly need. I’ve called numerous times and have always gotten accurate and prompt answers to any questions asked. She also fulfills requests for any document that needs replacing in the NorthView House Book.
